This large family room over the garage is attached to the house. (You do not have to go outside to get to it.) In the 1990's an addition was put on the original house. The addition has a coat room, breezeway, 3/4 bathroom (with walk in shower) and main level laundry all connecting the original home to the garage and second stairway to the family room. This family room has been a real blessing to our family. We can host large groups for meals (20 +) and other entertaining purposes. Our 4 children love having their playroom up there. Also, as a homeschooling family, we have been able to put all of the children's desks in the room - all without looking "over crowded".
